At WithYou, we aim to provide helpful and compassionate support. If you're not fully satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Refund Eligibility

• You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used.

• Once a session has been completed, that portion of the plan is non-refundable.

Exceptions

• If a session was missed due to our error, we will reschedule it or offer a credit.

• If there's a medical emergency or special circumstance, please contact us — we handle these on a case-by-case basis with care.
